The entire process begins with the master roaster, without whom nothing could be made. He leads the research and develops all of the projects, straight away giving us an idea of their feasibility and the results we can achieve. Harmony is the life and soul of our blends and only those who know the characteristics of each coffee perfectly (characteristics which are above all dependent on where the coffee comes from) can create that perfect balance.
